Roe V. Wade: Abortion Legalized in the United States In this essay I am writing about the Roe V. Wade abortion case in Texas. Norma McCorvey, or Jane Roe filed an abortion case. The name Jane Roe was a fictional name to protect Norma’s identity. Roe had claimed that she had gotten pregnant as a result of a gang rape. Her claim had later revealed to be a false claim.
