I first considered coming to North Harris due to the information I received in the mail explaining the Honors College Chancellor’s Fellows Scholarship. After reading through the letter I thought it would be an excellent idea to at least apply for it since, if I were to receive it, I would have no need to worry about payment for college and could focus the leftover time into my classwork. I would also be one step closer to accomplishing my goal of majoring in computer science. Thankfully, I did receive that scholarship, am now in the program, and have not been disappointed. The scholarship includes such a wide array of resources, all to assist me in succeeding, that I don’t understand how I couldn’t. The assistance I receive on my honors project
