"Harrison Bergeron" is a short story that has similarities to the movie 2081. One similarity they both share is that everyone is all equal in everyway. This is a major detail because both the movie and short story is about a boy who was taken away from is family for being more intelligent then most people. From the story, it quote "... everyone was finally equal. They weren't only equal before god and the law. They were equal every which way." Also from the movie the film maker describes how everyone is equal and shows the handicaps that people who were more intelligent had to wear. There was more similarities they both shared but having everyone equal was a big detail for both stories.
