We will educate our employees about the goals of our organization, the policies that they have to follow and the values that we give importance to so that they will be aware that every work they are assigned to do is not merely to have their compensation collected afterwards but have great positive effect and is a step closer in aiming the goals of the organization. We will also be developing healthy relationships with the people In our organization before we develop good relationships with our customers because how you treat your employees will be how they will treat your customers.
