The world of a man that wanted to be smart. Charlie Gordon was better before his surgery. If the smartness was only temporary the he shouldn’t have done it, but he didn’t know, he just wanted to be smart. He had a good job for someone like him, but he decided to quit because he felt as though he was too smart for his job, he still didn’t know that his smartness was only a temporary thing. He was always happy and never felt down because he thought he had good friends. He felt as that he was always having fun. He was a happier person before the surgery because after he thought as everybody less smart than him until it all went away. There were also a lot of people hurt by him while he was smart. Before the surgery he knew he wasn’t as smart
