th the popularity of bottle water growing every day, it brings up the question... Is tap water better for you or bottle water? Which taste better? Which has more nutritional value? Here are a few things I have learned. Tap Water is monitored and regulated by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) , Amendments to the Safe Drinking Water Act (SWDA) of 1996 , numerous test are conducted to ensure water standards are being met and water is free of contaminates. Most community water supplies have the added benefit of Fluoridation and that promotes stronger healthier teeth. Bottle water has had claims that the plastic in the bottles contains “Phthalates” there has also been the rumors on social media that hot bottled water left in your vehicle can cause cancer.
