(kl n´) (KEY) , c.8,500 sq mi (22,000 sq km), SW Yukon Territory, Canada, between Kluane Lake and the British Columbia and Alaska borders; est. 1972. Located in the St. Elias Mts., the park contains some of Canadas highest mountains (including Mt. Logan, the nations highest peak) and one of the worlds largest nonpolar systems of ice fields. There is a great variety of wildlife. |
